Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our Secured Lending vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), and Mortgage Lending.

This role requires building and managing a high-performing distribution network comprising DSAs, Builders, Property Consultants, Chartered Accountants, Connectors, and Direct Sales Teams while driving loan sourcing, approvals, and disbursements across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive Home Loan, LAP, LRD, and Mortgage business across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build a sustainable sourcing ecosystem through multiple acquisition channels.
  • Develop strategic growth plans to maximize market penetration.

Channel Partner Acquisition

  • Recruit and manage DSAs, Builders, Real Estate Consultants, Property Brokers, Architects, and Referral Partners.
  • Drive partner activation and productivity.
  • Conduct regular partner engagement and training programs.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Relationship Managers and Loan Consultants.
  • Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture.

Lender Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs.
  • Stay updated with lender policies and product offerings.
  • Coordinate for approvals, escalations, and faster turnaround times.

Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends.
  • Launch initiatives to strengthen MahadevX’s market presence.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 5–10 years in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, or Housing Finance.
  • Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Housing Finance Companies, or Large DSAs.
